Network Connections/Virus and Malware Problems
ResNet can assist all residential students with network connection issues (drop-offs, walk-ins, or phone) and virus and malware removal (drop-offs). We currently do not support other hardware or software issues and cannot take drop-offs from off-campus students. We also offer support via email, an AOL Instant Messenger account, our websites, and in-person.
Technology Training
ResNet holds training events for Eastern students. We also offer free one-on-one sessions. Students should contact our office for more information.
Online Assistance--24/7
ResNet's support center website has how-tos, infosheets, videos, etc. that cover a variety of computing issues at EKU. We also have an ever growing knowledgebase and blog on that site. Our support site is available 24/7 to anyone with an Internet connection.
