If you are going to live on campus in one of our residence halls or Brockton, you have an e-mail address and your computer meets our minimum requirements then you are eligible for ResNet service. ResNet lets you connect your personal computer--when equipped with a 10Base-T Ethernet adapter--directly to EKU's network and to the Internet. ResNet enables you to easily perform these tasks from your own room:

  • Exchange e-mail
  • Browse and publish information on the WWW
  • Access campus information such as course registration and library catalogs
  • Submit assignments to professors, confer with classmates, conduct research for papers
  • Participate in electronic groups (e.g., newsgroups and listservs)
  • Access ResNet's download server (now featuring 1,000+ software titles, backgrounds, etc)
